STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES: STRESS PROBLEMS CAN BE HANDLED WISELY SO DON’T PANIC
I want to talk to you about some very effective management techniques concerning stress and how to eliminate the root that causes it.
You know what? . . I do believe that everybody goes through some serious emotional disturbances or should I say “is getting stressed out” at times in one way or another.
I would be a big fat lier if I told you that I myself don’t get stressed at all. In fact, I do experience it a couple of times in one single day. When I head on to work in the morning I feel stressed because of traffic.. When I arrive at the office and realize how big of a work load I will be battling for the entire day, I feel stressed..
Now, don’t get me wrong ok. I’m not that much of an emotionally disturbed person as you maybe thinking right now. I just wanted to show you that stress is normal and not at all unusual to many ..BUT! Hold on to it, there is a big BUT in there.
Remember the very popular saying? “Whatever is too much and goes beyond within normal limit is not at all healthy”. Hence if it’s no longer normal and healthy, then it should be fixed immediately.
You see.. We all have different personalities.. and your personality determines your character, behavior, attitude, and the most important thing - it determines your outlook or perception towards life. Try to realize clearly, that the way you look at life determines how well you will respond to things happening around you.
One person is cool simply because he takes things easy. He would look at problems like they are nothing but normal to everyone. He would take one single step at a time to reach his goals, no hurry, anyway there’s always a brand new day waiting tomorrow if he doesn’t accomplish much this day.
Another person seems panicky and takes things too seriously most of the time. He easily gets discouraged if he encounters an obstacle along the way. More often than not, he is in a hurry and would always be rushing at things he is doing as if always running after deadlines. See.. your personality plays a big role in your capacity to handle stress.
The most effective management techniques in handling stress have something to do with your personality really. This means that if you improve your personality, then you improve every single thing within your lifestyle – that includes, your work performance, your relationships, and your health.
Sounds good news to you? I bet it does!
Now, since we all know now what needs to be done and improved(yes, we are talking about personality improvement this time). This all puts us into one big question. “How did you ever come up with the kind of personality you posses right now?”
Remember that your main goal is to improve your personality for the best. Meaning you have to correct whatever needs to be fixed inside of you. So, in order for you to correct things within.. you’ve got to follow the main root that caused all of those wrong beliefs and negative emotions inside of you.
You’ve got to take away all the hatred that’s burried deep within your heart.. all the negative feelings and thoughts brought about by seemingly unforgettable experiences in the past.. all the unpleasant memories that could have been keeping you from opening your eyes to enjoying the many pleasant things going on around you.. every single thing that needs correction in your system should be handled accordingly.
